Welcome to RideWise Moto.
These Terms of Use govern your use of the RideWise Moto application, website, and related services provided by artPhone s.r.o. By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms.
1. About RideWise Moto
RideWise Moto is a motorcycle weather and ride planning support application. It is designed to help riders review weather-related riding conditions, ride timing suggestions, gear advice, and general ride-related information before departure.
The app is intended as a practical support tool only. It does not replace rider judgment, road awareness, legal responsibility, or proper motorcycle preparation.
2. Informational use only
RideWise Moto provides informational and advisory content only.
All ride scores, ride status messages, ride window suggestions, gear advice, readiness-related outputs, and weather-based recommendations are simplified guidance tools intended to help users think more clearly before riding.
The app does not provide professional safety certification, legal clearance, road-condition confirmation, or any guarantee that a ride is safe, suitable, or risk-free.
3. No guarantee of safety, conditions, or accuracy
While we aim to make the app useful and reliable, RideWise Moto does not guarantee:
- rider safety,
- actual road surface condition,
- visibility,
- traffic conditions,
- local hazards,
- mechanical condition of the motorcycle,
- legal compliance,
- weather accuracy,
- forecast accuracy,
- route-wide consistency of conditions,
- or the suitability of any ride for any individual user.
Weather data and related outputs may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or different from real conditions on the road. Local conditions can change quickly and may differ substantially from forecast-based guidance.
You must always compare the app’s output with real-world conditions and your own judgment.
4. Rider responsibility
The rider remains fully responsible for all riding decisions.
This includes responsibility for:
- whether to ride or not ride,
- departure time,
- route choice,
- speed,
- braking distance,
- cornering decisions,
- protective gear,
- rider readiness,
- motorcycle condition,
- legal compliance,
- and all safety-related decisions before and during a ride.
You must not rely on RideWise Moto as the sole basis for any safety-critical decision.
5. Gear advice and ride suggestions
Any gear advice, timing recommendation, or ride suggestion shown in the app is general guidance only.
Gear recommendations do not guarantee comfort, waterproofing, warmth, visibility, crash protection, or suitability for specific motorcycles, routes, speeds, distances, or rider preferences.
Ride window suggestions do not guarantee that a given time period will be safe, dry, comfortable, or free from risk.
6. Location and device-dependent features
Some app features may depend on device permissions, location availability, internet access, forecast data availability, and third-party weather services.
If location access, connectivity, or data services are unavailable or inaccurate, some features may not work correctly or may return incomplete results.
7. Subscriptions and free trial
RideWise Moto may offer paid subscription plans, including monthly and yearly subscriptions, and may include a free trial period where available.
If you start a subscription that includes a free trial, the subscription will automatically renew when the trial period ends unless you cancel it before the end of the trial.
Payment will be charged to your Apple account according to the subscription terms shown at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
Any billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, or payment processing related to App Store subscriptions is handled according to Apple’s platform rules and processes.
